MyBid server encountered an unexpected hardware failure late this Feb 22. We were forced to deactivate mybid.com.my. Our IT team was upgrading our system and reactive mybid.com.my at Feb 25. After that all manual bidding activity was not possible and only set autobidders continued bidding.
Currently we have recovered the situation prior to failure. All the auction on Feb 22 have been refunded all the bids and effected winners will receive 50 Bids.
We apologise for any inconveniences this has caused.
